Owner Jason Winburn, MBA
Mr. Winburn created Condo Approval Advisor after specializing in condominium mortgages and condominium approvals with HUD & Fannie Mae from year 2000 to present. As well have been an Association Board Member and a Declarant Board Member which adds more depth and value throughout the condominium approval and recertification processes.
Mr. Winburn created Total Capital Solutions Group, LLC after working for Daniel Corporation where he held leadership roles in marketing, sales & leasing and asset management; managing all aspects and the successful exit of the $150 million 1010 Midtown condominium. Prior to Daniel Corporation he specialized in condominium mortgages and management at Wells Fargo; quickly became a nationwide top loan officer and mortgage branch manager with The Related Group’s joint venture Related Financial in South Florida managing their mortgage condominium pipeline. Mr. Winburn started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor to Fortune 500 & Middle Market companies. He is a graduate of Georgia State University’s School of Accountancy (B.B.A.) and has completed a Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Georgia State University with a concentration in Finance. Jason Winburn is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant from 2001-2017.
